Refund policy
Digital products. Because our worksheets are delivered instantly as downloadable files, returns and exchanges are not available once a file has been downloaded or accessed. Please review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds (within 60 days). If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a 50% refund within 60 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, your order must be verifiable and you'll need to provide a brief description of the issue. Where a refund is approved, the refundable portion is processed back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Any digital processing or payment-gateway fees charged at checkout are non-refundable and are deducted from the refund amount.
Faulty or incorrect files. If a file is faulty, won't open, is not as described, or you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we'll repair, replace, or fully refund it — separate from the satisfaction refund above.
